So I know I said I was “back” like a month ago, but that never really happened. It’s been about a month since I stopped exercising and watching closely what I eat, but in ready to get back on track. I think I was too focused on a time deadline so I felt like I was getting no where. Thankfully I’ve only gained like 2 pounds. I’m taking these next three months to finally finish losing the weight and to get in shape for college!
Hurray! :)
I have officially lost 10 pound this year!!!!
I weighed myself today and I’m down to 142!!!
:D
It wasn’t until I logge into my fitness pal tat I noticed I had finally hit the 10 lbs. mark. It’s only been 10 in 2 months which is very slow weight loss but considering all my ups and downs I am very happy!
What a great birthday present!
Day eighteen: Do you have to eat any meals with your family? Are they for or against your diet?
I eat mostly one meal with my family dying the school week… We don’t eat that bad, and they know I’m trying to lose weight so they dot put up a problem when I eat healthy.
Day nineteen: Have you ever lied to avoid eating something?
Probably, I think I’ve told someone I wasn’t hungry to avoid eating something sweet
Day twenty: Do you binge? How often and what triggers it?
I don’t think I’ve ever really really binged, it’s more I mess up every now and then but now in large quantities. What normally triggers it is my emotions. I’m defiantly an emotional eater.
Day twenty-one: Do you listen to music when you work out? I HAVE to listen to music while I workout. Ever since starting the C25K, I’ve been using the workout station on pandora, and it’s pretty amazing!
THIS IS MEE

Day seventeen: Have you ever been called fat? Or skinny?
Yes:( I’ve been called fat especially in middle school, and I think it’s what started making me so insecure
